At Unique Timber Floors we supply our own range of pre-finished Timber Floating Floors that are designed specifically to be installed over any solid sub-floor such as concrete slabs, chipboard or plywood or most other flat dry surfaces even existing tiles.
Our timber flooring products are engineered from selected hardwoods and are more structurally sound than any solid timber floor on the market. This results in Timber Top® by Unique Timber Floor being backed by a lifetime structural warranty.

The Timber Top® range has been factory finished with 6 coats of UV cured, Wear Resist 800 lacquer, making it one of the most hard wearing timber floors available.

Timber Top® can be laid by a professional installer, or an experienced handyman. DIY instructions are available on request. You can lay over any sound, dry and flat sub-floor.
Concrete, tiles, linoleum and old floorboards are all acceptable sub-floors.
Timber Top® is constructed from three layers of cross-laminated hardwood. The top or wear layer is made of selected hardwood and the bottom and middle layers are from plantation-grown timbers. The manufacturing process produces an extremely stable and durable product.
