Established in 1981, Subiaco Restoration is a family run and owned business. We have built a solid reputation as a supplier and manufacturer of affordable and high quality architectural building materials. From relatively humble beginnings, involved in the recycling of salvage building materials, Subiaco Restoration has grown into one of Western Australia’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of architectural building materials.
We cater for the home builder, renovator and decorator, as well as architects, builders and interior designers. From major commercial projects to extensions/alterations of period and modem style homes.

Gas Fire Overview
A gas fireplace is a cost effective and attractive addition to any home, providing clean and effective heating and an architectural feature to any room.
Subiaco Restoration are distributors and agents for Australia’s and the World’s leading gas fireplace brands including Jetmaster, Heat-N-Glo, Real Flame, and Nectre. We are manufacturers and stockists of a complete range of timber, marble and stone mantel pieces. We also import the finest quality cast iron inserts and facias in black, brass and nickel-plated finishes.
Builders, architects and renovators
Fitting chimneys and flues, arranging gas fitting and other installation steps can be tricky. Subiaco Restoration can provide a professional service for builders, architects and renovators with complete technical specifications and advice to make the job quick, clean and hassle free. We are a very professional team delivering a first class product with first class service. Drop into our showroom in Osborne Park where we have over 25 fireplace settings on display- many with full working gas fires.
Timber and marble fire surrounds
We have a full range of period and contemporary style timber, stone and marble surrounds.
A polishing and painting service is available. Surrounds can be made-to-measure if required. Surrounds are available in clear pine, jarrah, MDF (medium density fibreboard) and stone.
