• We offer you a complete service from initial site evaluation, feasibility, design concept and development to complete documentation design, supervision of construction to handover, or any part thereof.


• Our renovations are top-notch. Our well-planned renovations or extensions will increase the value of your property, enhance its looks and give you more efficient and sustainable living conditions. And in these difficult times a well thought out renovation will recoup your investment with a tax-free capital gain. It will also save you at least $50,000 or more, which you would otherwise spend on agent fees, legal costs, stamp duty, mortgage fees etc, if you moved, and now can put towards your building costs.


• All necessary permits are taken care off for you. We liaise with authorities from the initial design stages to minimise any delays.


• Suitable contractors are selected for you to choose from or are invited for tendering.


• We do total Project Management, which means assisting you if you prefer to be an Owner Builder. We arrange all permits, obtain quotes from subcontractors, supervise construction and manage financial accounts on your behalf between you and the individual contractors.


• Designs for bush fire prone areas. We have extensive experience in designing dwellings for bush fire hazardous areas. Having been members of the CFA and having resided in a bush fire risky area, we know what it takes to minimise risk and damage in case of fire.


• Inspections/Pre purchase advice. As accredited Archicentre Architects we strongly advise you to have your new dream home or site inspected before you sign on the dotted line. With our extensive building construction experience we can advise if you should look elsewhere or what it would take to make that new purchase still an attractive proposition.


• See your project in 3 D from initial conception. Our practice runs like a “mean machine”, very efficiently with every possible time saving measure and modern technology, e.g. Autodesk Revit systems incorporated, which means that we can give you the best possible service at very competitive fees and with plans and drawings which are easy to comprehend and which allow you to see your project in 3D.
