Utopia Design Process
Stage 1
Initial consultation to form a design brief
Survey & analysis of existing site conditions
Develop Plant and landscape theme
Stage 2
Develop structural and site considerations (retaining, drainage, swimming pool location, construction methods and materials etc.)
Develop planting themes and carry out further research if required
Produce scaled concept design
Review on site with client
Stage 3
Produce scaled CAD plans showing botanical and common names, plant position, spacing and quantities.
Written specifications comprising descriptions of plants and materials, preparation requirements and construction methods.
Presentation to client of final plans, explanation of themes, design elements and final expectations.
