Warranty Guidelines for Tytane Products
It is very important that you read these guide lines in conjunction with the installation instructions. You should ensure that the store provides you with the installation instructions when you order your product, particularly the steam showers, read them carefully and provide a copy to your plumber and electrician to ensure they do what work is required before your steam shower arrives for installation.
Tytane products are manufactured to the highest standards using the best components and carry a 3 year warranty for all non electrical components and 12 months on all electrical components.
All Tytane products are manufactured to Australian Standards. The store can provide further information if required.
Tytane Pty Ltd works closely with its resellers to ensure each store can provide or recommend to its customers a professional trades person to install all Tytane products. Tytane highly recommends that the purchaser use these professionals recommened by the stores to ensure the products are installed correctly. This will ensure many years of pleasure for the purchaser.
In the unlikely event that something is wrong, please contact your place of purchase, providing your installer's name, proof of purchase and a detailed summary of the problem.
Warranty does not cover any mistakes or damage done by the installers.
