The presence of root growth or blockages generally indicates damaged pipes. The damage cannot be rectified by simply remcMng the root growth or clearing the drain. For that reason, removal of root growth or the blockage alone canies no warranty that similar problems will recur.
Jobs that are found to be bigger than first thought will be reported to the client / owner / agent and a quote submitted and approval received, before work progresses further. Work akeady completed will be charged at normal rates. All emergencies will be attended to promptly and the tenant / client will be contacted immediately to ascertain the problem
