Immaculate Carpet Care is a family owned and run business which has been operating for 24 years. With attention to detail and an emphasis on customer service I have built a strong client base. My philosophy is to work with my clients to ensure total satisfaction with my cleaning services while offering very reasonable rates.

At Immaculate Carpet Care I offer the best carpet cleaning service possible. I take great pride in my work and want to be your carpet cleaner forever. My service provides the following:

- Carpets that will not re-soil quickly after cleaning

- Your carpets will be soft to the touch on completion
- We will happily remove furniture to ensure the best clean
I believe in giving my clients the ultimate carpet clean. I consult with each client and after inspecting the carpet will discuss which of the service levels is appropriate for the particular situation.
Silver Service Includes a pre inspection with the client, general furniture is moved, attention to all stains, hot water extraction to clean the entire carpet, deodourise and groom the carpet if necessary
Gold Service The same as above plus heavy duty HEPA vacuum of the carpet
Platinum Service The same as above plus a pre spray with a special detergent in the traffic and stained areas and then agitation to emulsify the dirt
Platinum + Service The same as above plus a neutralising rinse
All levels except the Silver service are cleaned in accordance with Australian Standards 3733-1995.
Flotex carpet must not be cleaned with detergents. I am trained in the correct procedure to clean and remediate this carpet.
UPHOLSTERY CLEANING AND PROTECTION
I am very experienced at cleaning all types upholstery from cotton through to wool and leather. Each type of upholstery fabric requires specialist care and after inspection I will discuss the best option for ensuring you get the best possible result.
TILE AND GROUT CLEANING
The cleaning of tile and grout is a very specialised area. I have undergone extensive training to ensure that I am able to offer a comprehensive service.
MOULD REMOVAL
I have trained in the correct removal of mould which, if left untreated can aggravate asthma and irritate eyes and skin.
