McManus Architects and Consultants, established in 1988, are a boutique firm who provide personal service, prompt advice and respect client's interest.
Kevin McManus' broad practice background as an architect working in Europe, in corporations in Australia and working with major government projects gives the practice a balanced perspective.
We aim to provide our clients:
Imagination - We will lift your project out of the ordinary.
Prompt Personal Service - As a smaller practice you communicate with the designer and we ensure that we respond to any brief given, in easily understandable language. We believe each client is as important as another and we are prepared to work to clients' schedules. It is not unusual to be associated with a project for 9-12 months and even longer in some instances.
Design Value - We will find the light and space you didn’t have, be sensitive to environmental factors, suggest materials and recommend builders, while looking for economy in operational and maintenance costs.
Proper Management - Through statutory regulations and contractual matters, we guarantee to monitor construction until successful completion.
Competitive Fees - We believe that good design solutions do not cost; particularly over the long term. Our fees are reasonable and below suggested scale.
Options - Whether it be design solutions or payment options, we cover all alternatives. We provide a detailed fee quotation when the scope of a project is established and the fee is broken into segments to provide our clients with many options. You may select all or parts of services, e.g. full services to completion or to permit level only.
