We are a small Architectural practice, providing a prompt and personalised service aiming at sound, well considered, energy efficient designs with the right balance between innovation and good sense.
We can help your residential project best by starting with a low cost concept plan and feasibility study which will illustrate your project in simple form and advise you how much it might cost, so that you can make an informed decision regarding the viability of your project.
The typical cost of this first step in relation to a house extension or alteration is $495.00, with a 5% discount if you mention Home Improvement Pages.
The first of the adjacent images is the drawing component of a previous concept plan, followed by examples of other recent completed residential projects. The “before and after” floor plans illustrate how two small badly orientated houses with basic facilities were transformed into comfortable modern houses with sunfilled open planned living areas.
We used to known as Leith Bartlett (Canberra) Pty. Ltd., with offices at Dickson. We are now centrally located in Weston Creek.
