Performance
By knowing a room's purpose and traffic levels, it is easier to identify the carpet options that will suit. The Carpet Institute of Australia has created a grading system known as the Australian Carpet Classification Scheme (ACCS). This rates the carpets wear and performance levels.
Colour
Do you want your carpet colour to be a decorating feature of a room or would you prefer it to simply blend in with the other decorating choices you have made, such as your furniture or wall colour? By answering this question, you will be well on the way to finding the colour that is right for you.

Timber Flooring
Timber floors are a popular choice for the style conscious renovator. Not only are they elegant, but hardwood flooring can add substantial value to your home.
It has also been suggested that timber and other solid floors may assist if a member of the family suffers from allergies or asthma

Time floors require proper maintenance, as they will over time suffer wear and tear leading to possible damage.
"Structural" timber floors are the traditional style of timber boards laid on bearers or joists. Professional installation is recommended as it can be a time consuming process to acclimatise the timber to the intended environment.
"Floating" timber floors aren't nailed or otherwise attached to the subfloor system. They are laid over the existing solid floor whether it be tiles, concrete, timber floorboards to name a few. They are usuallly installed on underlay which provides good noise insulation.
Floating floors may be real timber or 'faux' timber. Commonly faux timber is referred to as "Laminate" flooring and is often half the price of the genuine article.
A popular alternative to timber, Bamboo is a readily renewable resource that is hardwearing and fast becoming the preferred choice in hardwood floor.

Vinyl Planks
Vinyl Planks and Tiles are a great way to go. Not only are they tough wearing and so easy to maintain they look great. In the Timbers you can go from the lightest colours for the very modern home to distressed wood for the older style. No problems with water damage from leaking pipes or spills.
Still popular is sheet vinyl. Up to 4 mt wide and with hundreds of patterns to choose from. You can have it direct stuck to your floor or loose laid

We can lay any floor covering we sell at extremely competitive prices. We have a top notch floor covering installation team ready to improve any room of your house.
Step 1 : Choose Flooring
Our friendly team are trained to assist you select the perfect floor covering. Visit us for an in-store demonstration of your choices. If you are unable to visit, then please call and arrange for our Mobile Showroom to visit you when convenient.
Step 2 : Measure & Quote
We are able to visit your place and measure up the area that needs covering. Or you may call us and give the dimensions that you have measured.
Step 3 : Supply materials
If you wish to install and lay the carpet you may come and pick up your flooring supplies from our showroom.
Step 4 : Installation & Laying
If you choose to have us install your floor covering we will arrange a time and discuss the method of floor covering you have chosen.
