WHAT IS KRYSTOL
Permanent Waterproofing of Concrete.
Krystol is a cementitious compound that contains chemicals which react with unhydrated Portland cement particles remaining in concrete.
HOW DOES KRYSTOL WORK
Krystol chemicals enter the concrete through diffusion and trigger the unhydrated cement particles to grow billions of interwoven needle-like hydration crystals. Simultaneously all remaining pores and capillaries are filled with additional hair-like crystals. This process is effective with or against water pressure. Once Krystol is applied to concrete or added to a concrete mix, the cured treatment becomes a permanent part of the concrete and is unaffected by physical damage or U V radiation.
