REGARDING US
We are a small Family Business’ engaged in the Design and Construction of Outdoor areas and Primarily Timber Decks and Pergolas, servicing the residential areas north of the Harbour Bridge & we hold a Full Builder Licence.
Our office is manned on a part time basis and whenever unattended we use an answering machine to acknowledge incoming calls.
Although we dislike answering machines we do find this a way of giving service and meeting some of our other needs.

REGARDING THE QUOTATION- We aim to use the best quality materials available and those which are most suited to each application.
- A free Design Service and professional advise to ensure the completed project is of the highest standard.
- Most jobs are started within 3 - 4 weeks from acceptance of the quotation.
- When started all jobs are continuous until completed.
- Being a member of the Housing Industry Association we follow their code of ethics which are designed to help the consumer.
- On site communication with you whilst the job is in progress.
- Plans drawn and submitted to council if required.
- We Clean up and remove all rubbish on completion.
- A Public Liability insurance policy is held on all job locations.
- All workmanship guaranteed.
