‘When I had a new kitchen installed recently I engaged Leonard Ross to remove part of a wall dividing the kitchen from the family room and install an archway
Leonard discussed what was involved and provided a very reasonable quote. Because the wall had been previously modified in an unorthodox way, the task turned out to be rather more involved end time-consuming than Leonard could have anticipated, with the result that the quoted price was probably very cheep. Leonard nonetheless completed the work to my full satisfaction, without complaint He also completed additional work for a modest charge.
The kitchen itself was installed by a kitchen company, but Leonard offered suggestions which very considerably improved The final result.
I was not entirely satisfied with the kitchen company’s work. and decided on a modification I asked Leonard to return and complete the modifation, He prepared a plan and supplied and fitted the new matenals. and I was again pleased with the result.
I have no doubt at all of Leonard’s complete integrity and fairness, and his assistants are courteous, professional and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending his work.”

Ross Building Maintenance Services have recently carried out renovation work to my apartment at Coogee.
