Mark Korgul founded watershed design in Manly in 2002. An architect with over fourteen years' experience in Sydney, Mark has worked on many prestigious residential projects, including large apartment developments and individual homes. Mark's considered and creative approach to design has been illustrated in the many successful built projects on which he has worked. His excellent rapport and communication with clients and builders paves the way for a seamless design and construction process.
Carolyn Miles has extensive experience in commercial, retail and health industry projects. She has a keen interest in residential interiors and landscape design. Carolyn uses her creative skills in providing design input for projects, preparing presentations and providing technical expertise.
Melissa Green joined watershed design in 2004, having worked on the design of both single and multi-residential buildings in Sydney and Canada. She brings to the practise her strong design sensibilities and skills in documentation and model making.
Natalie Pindar is an exciting designer, keen to be involved with residential projects from design concept through to construction completion. Her Interior Design skills and attention to detail make a valued addition to the watershed team.
Peter James is a talented architecture graduate who is gaining hands-on experience in residential projects and furthering his construction knowledge. He brings to the practise his strong design and model making skills.
watershed design have worked with most Sydney municipal councils in Sydney and have successfully negotiated approvals for challenging building sites and conditions. We remain committed to a project throughout the design and construction process. This typically includes the preparation of a brief, sketch designs, development application drawings and negotiation with council for development and building approvals.
The tender and construction process involves preparing detailed drawings, selecting a builder and administering the building contract. From there, we act as your representative until the completion of the project.
