Our staff pride themselves in satisfying all customer's demands in an efficient and professional manner. Living minutes from Melbourne University, we can focus centrally on the C.B.D. which facilitates our prompt service with a minimum of delay. With a regional office and factory situated in Greendale, we are able to offer a country service to the West. This covers surrounding areas of Bacchus Marsh, Ballan and Daylesford. One of our glaziers, Ken has over 30 years experience in the glass industry.
About Us
Commerical Glazing Pty Ltd was established by Simon Ross and his father, the Hon. Dr. John Ross as a Director, on 13th August 1988. Australia at this time was gripped in recession. Working through tough economic times, They managed to produce a very competitive company well aware of service, quality and value for money. Robert Carlsen, who was in charge of maintenance for Dunlop Pacific Group of Companies, joined as a partner in 2002, bringing a work ethic second to none.
For over eighteen years Commerical Glazing Pty Ltd has developed working relationships with many companies Crown Casino, N.A.B., Baulderstone, Quadric Group, Raddisson, Telstra, B.H.P., Tech-Mart, KFC and McDonald's just to mention a few. Major projects such as The Grand Hyatt, Crown Towers, HWT, Daimaru and Deloittes have demonstrated their versatility in both large and small projects. Domestic glazing not a problem!
Commerical Glazing Pty Ltd offers efficient administrative processes with the most up to date equipment both in office and factory. A 2.5 tonne over-head crane and a Z.Bavelloni straight line edging machine, enables completion of most aspects of glazing including frameless glass assembly, balustrading, showerscreens, slumped glass, shutters, film fitting, leadlights and glass partitioning. Commercial Glazing Pty Ltd carries a large variety of glass including 4600 x 2700 x 10.38 mm clear laminated safety glass in stock for immediate installation of large windows.
Commerical Glazing Pty Ltd has proceeded with The Australian Standards and implemented Safety Map together with work procedures that demonstrate efficiency and safety without negative economic effects. Offices are located in Parkville and Preston, with a factory in Greendale. This means Commercial Glazing Pty Ltd can be in the C.B.D. within minutes, deliver glass under the hour and still maintain very low over heads.
