Property Presentation Services:
CPR has been at the forefront in assisting property Owners, Investors and Estate Agents to sell their properties at their true market value. We achieve this by providing a FREE & NO OBLIGATION property appraisal and report. This report details our recommendations for presentation, works schedule and quotation for completing and managing these processes.
Should you proceed with these recommendations we will complete these works and liaise with the agent, photographer, sub contractors (if any are required) and furniture rental. We will then maintain the property right up until the date of sale. This will ensure that you achieve the highest selling price for your property.
Dealing with the one operator from CPR will reduce the stresses associated with selling a property and dealing with and coordinating a host of different services and contractors throughout the sale process.
General Property Services
CPR is able to provide a wide range of home services for people moving into new homes such as new carpet, blinds, painting, landscaping, host of handyman requirements (the list is endless) or simply making refurbishments and repairs to an existing home or building.
Bath, Basin and Kitchen Resurfacing/Rejuvenation
A new addition to our services is well utilized by our full range of clients - selling, renting, refurbishing or corporate clients such as hotels and property management groups. We are able to resuface baths, tiles, vanities - kitchen splashbacks, cupboards and doors and importantly kitchen benchtops with a granite finish. All at a fraction of the cost, time and inconvenience of replacement.
Anti Graffiti
Anti Graffiti and external coatings will protect your building, walls and fences. For hotels and similar institutions it is an ideal coating for toilet areas and bars that may be subject to constant graffiti.
