Our Outdoor Range
At The Shade Guys, we’re creating an exciting new concept: breathable shadecloth blinds that keep your homes cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Our Australian-made shadecloth blinds will look fantastic in your home, they have the flexibility to roll down to the appropriate settings when required or retract neatly away. Perfect for pergolas, veranda patios and all entertaining areas.

With many years of experience, a lot of extensive research has gone into producing an innovative but effective way to help control the elements. The Shade Guys has cleverly combined the Strength of steel, the Durability of aluminium, and incorporate the longer lasting advantages that Shadecloth has over canvas. These blinds will reduce the summer heat by up to 1/3 yet still offer 90% UV protection .
The unique construction of the fabric allows it to breathe, therefore will not rot, resists mould and mildew, encourages air circulation so does not trap hot air. The knitlock construction prevents tearing and fraying. We believe there is no easier blind to clean (simply hose down). Another feature is the fact you can see out but not in. This gives you the feeling that you have added another room to your home.
Other strong features are, the flexibility to simply roll down to the appropriate settings when required or be retracted neatly away . The fabric comes in a range of contemporary colours to blend with most situations. When retracted the blinds breathe so summer heat is not trapped but at the same time winter breezes are kept out making them ideal for verandahs and pergola’s.
