Palhares Constructions has been a family owned and operated business since 1970. Candy Palhares began the business in Wodonga, North East Victoria after relocating from Portugal with his wife Ana.
The business took on a complete family feel in 1989 when oldest son Phillip joined the team. Although Palhares Constructions now has 25 permanent employees the traditional family values of integrity, quality and hard work have not been compromised.

In 2000 Palhares Constructions was invited by the Master Builders Association to submit works for "The Master Builder Award for Excellence" an exhibit was submitted under the category "Best Renovation/Addition over $250,000, and went on to win it's category
