Rates
Hourly rate: (less than full day) $70 p/h
Hourly rate: With T/A (less than full day) $90 p/h
Day rate: (full day 8 hours) $60 p/h
Day rate: With T/A (full day 8 hours) $80 p/h
Quotes or estimates provided for larger jobs only
Conditions and detail
30 minutes travel time in the Darwin area is added to all jobs less than one day.
Working hours are flexible to fit the needs of the household / business.
After hours, 24 hour callout service is available and is at standard rates but with a minimum call out fee of $80.
Regular clients can request to be invoiced monthly with a 7 day, time to pay option.
Capital items with a cost exceeding $250 (unless otherwise negotiated) will have to be supplied or paid for in advance.
All tools that may be required for general maintenance work are inclusive in the rates (other than large specialized hire items).
Background
This is a father and son based business with a 25 year history in the Darwin area. We employ other trades if required for larger projects; otherwise we handle all work ourselves to maintain our high standard. We provide a professional, fair priced and reliable service to our clients. The range of tools and equipment carried on our service truck is second to none, which gives us the ability to handle a wide range of maintenance projects on the spot.
