Material Supplies
Yourcastle Homes has a wide range of building materials available for Owner/Builder’s and self renovators. Because of Yourcastle Homes buying power, we strive to supply greater discounts in all building related materials. Ask one of our friendly staff members for more information.
*Please provide a detailed quantity list of materials that are required via fax or email. Our staff will attend to your request upon receiving quotations from our suppliers.
Owner/Builders Assistance
If you would like to create your own castle, Yourcastle Homes can provide staged services as an option.
Stage building: - Yourcastle Homes can supply under contract a Builder’s Licence and Home Warranty Insurance. This will be provided to relevant councils for the release of your construction plans. Included in this stage is excavation and drainage works, slab or foundations to secure your building approvals indefinitely.
*Yourcastle Homes can also at a later date complete to lock-up stage or up to final completion if required as separate contracts.
