At Your-Way Security we are constantly looking for ways to develop and grow our business, as indicated by our Mission Statement.
This means that we are constantly looking for ways to devlop and grow the services we can offer, ensuring that inline with our Customer Service Policy, our customers experience the best service, at the best possible price.
At Present, we offer the following services;
Static Guards
All sites are different, and as such, we believe in customized site training, and of course we base this strictly on our clients’ instructions & requirements.
Your-Way Security’s Guards can offer a diverse range of services, whilst maintaining their main purpose – Security. Services can include (but are not limited to) the following:
Customer Services
General Guarding
Property Services / Building maintenance management
Gate duties
Site patrols
Special event security
Concierge duties
Cash Pick-ups
Public relations and media management
As well customized site training, all of Your-Way Security’s employees are given appropriate training in health and safety, emergency evacuation, bomb threats, and first aid.
Your-Way Security provides all employees with a uniform suitable to the environment they are to work in. Alternately, if required, our guards can wear uniform/garments specified by our clients.
Mobile Patrols
Mobile Patrol services provide security reassurance to businesses during the hours when their premises are unattended. Our guards are provided with individualised site training for all sites they patrol. This enables them to react quickly to any situation which may arise.
In the event of an incident, or disturbance being detected on a site, the patrol officer immediately notifies Your-Way Security’s management, who then carry out the client's pre-designated instructions.
Alarm Monitoring
Your-Way Security’s alarm monitoring is conducted in conjuction with Grade1 monitoring. Grade1 are exclusively a Central Station, which means that your details are in safe hands. The operating system used is called ADSW, a locally written and supported program. It is a SQL database program that runs on a Windows environment, making it scalable, powerful, and flexible. Backup and redundancy is achieved without disruption to services. Once your monitoring service is set up with us, we have the ability to generate numerous reports for your use, including full history and open/close reports.
We can provide CCTV monitoring where there is remote access to an onsite server. The cameras can be viewed as Video Alarm Verification, as part of a monitoring package, or we can conduct routine or random “Virtual Patrols”. Fees can be negotiated based on frequency.
Alarm Responses
In the event of alarm activations, Your-Way Security has the ability to respond to your alarm as a priority. We aren’t like the larger security companies who may have so many clients that alarm responses get backed up. We only take on a workload that we can handle, and as such you’re assured that we will respond to your needs in a timely manner.
When responding to an alarm we carry out our duties only in accordance with our clients instructions. Whether it is a full external or internal patrol, or both, we understand that your property/business is important to you, and as such, only the highest quality in service is accepted.
In the event of an incident, such as vandalism, or a break enter, we report directly to our clients, and we will not leave your site, until it is secure. We will assist our clients in assuring their site is secure, and will provide relevant reports to police and/or insurance companies, when required.

Cash-In-Transit & Escort Services
Our guards are able to take away that uneasy feeling of carrying large amounts of money from one place to another, or even just when leaving or entering your premises.
We can have a guard accompany you in and/or out of your premises perfect for those late nights!
We can also have a guard accompany you when carrying cash, and we can have even do your banking for you. What better way is there to take away the stress when it comes to protecting your hard earned dollars, as well as yours and yours staff’s well-being?

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Your-Way Security currently holds Master Licences in both ACT & NSW, and all employees carry relevant licencing, and have completed the relevant courses for the state they are working.
