Akers of Lawn
Akers of Lawn is a small South Australian family owned business which formed in 1986 but Dal & Jacqi Akers, the directors and proprietors, have been in business together for over 20 years. We started out with selling lawn and garden products, but soon realised that established lawn care and maintenance was lacking in South Australia, hence we added a lawn coring service. The need for more services grew from there, adding Scarifying, oversowing, top dressing, slowly building up to the services we offer today which include new lawns, both seeded and instant turf, irrigation, tennis court work, landscaping offering all services both domestically and commercially. Akers of lawn over the years have also done many schools, including coring and top dressing of ovals, to cricket pitches and replacing of goal mouths.
We pride ourselves in having a longstanding after care service, consisting of regular seasonal checks and fertilising, which some of our customer have been on for as long as we have been in business.
We offer free, no obligation quotations and assessments, offering advice where needed, working to a budget if necessary, and cover most of the Metropolitan area.
