John Cleary started John Cleary Building not long after moving to the Northern Wollongong suburbs over 15 years ago. Since then his reputation as a builder has seen the team grow to 6 builders and senior apprentices.
Most of the builders in John's team have been with the company since they started their apprenticeships and have stayed on as builders. This stability has fostered a great team spirit that is reflected in the end result -- a quality built home.
The whole team loves the challenge of working on homes that are considered different or “difficult”. Homes on sloping blocks, with difficult access, or unusual rooflines are all part of a days work.
