Kym Clarke Constructions has been in building industry for 28 years. Over the years Kym has always supported and given job opportunities to the youth and has had a constant flow of apprentices on staff. Several of the apprentices' have completed their apprenticeships and are still currently employed by the company, with opportunity to advance to a higher level.
The company prides itself on producing high quality product, addressing environmental issues and sustainability, developing innovative solutions and service to the client which can be attributed to Kim’s ethics of being an 'old fashioned builder.'
The company has the long standing employees, some who have been in the company's employment from the beginning and currently employs 23 staff members.Kyms' acknowledgement and philosophy has always been the company's success is directly attributed to the team of staff that are employed and believes in a good working relationship with staff members.
The diversity of the company is Kym's ability to build to the client’s requirements and overcome challenging sites, manage complex Commercial development, to build resort style homes, medium density apartments in solid concrete construction, tilt up constructions and residential renovations.
