About CDA Architects
Cripps Davis & Associates Architects is a multi discipline practice based in Hobart that has undertaken a number of significant commissions for the Aged Care providers and other major private clients throughout the State, along with work for the Government through the Education Department and the Department of Police. Private Houses and Renovations have also been a core part of the business.
The Practice's specialisation of Health Services to the Aged Care Industry has seen commissions ranging from the review and reporting of Commonwealth Facility Accreditation Reports, provision of commentaries to the Commonwealth on the mechanics and details of their reporting instrument, to refurbishments and green field designs and construction.
We have great pride in our ability to undertake projects on a basis that all work is constructed to budget and on time, and in our record of undertaking repeat commissions for clients.

We have a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the aged and people with disabilities.
In all our design work, both commercial and domestic, we adopt Passive Solar design principles, thus providing spaces that are warm in winter and cool in summer, and are also energy efficient. We are also conscious of life cycle costs in the selection and appropriate specification of materials and finishes in all circumstances.
