About Us
ESP Design Build has evolved from ESP Building & Design where the main focus was building from design. I have been involved in the building industry since 1969, when my father as a builder, engaged me at the age of 15 to quote off engineers details / specified plans, mainly due to his inability to fully understand primarily the english language (having moved to Australia from Spain in 1965) and secondly, the different code of building practice from Spain.
As I had mastered the english language by this time, I accepted the responsibility and decided to make it my career path for my future.
After many years of working off 'other peoples' plans that lacked critical information and weren't designed with budgetry constraints, I decided to offer a re-design service so as to be able to build the required space and meet the clients budget needs.
To this day, this philosophy is at the forefront of my design practice.
Having the hands on knowledge and skills to build, designing the building has now become a passion.
With advancing technology our expert team offers a total spectrum from brief, surveying, engineering, architectural design & consultation to construction management and building products that exceed required standards in energy efficiency & sustainability.
