SERVICES
We strive in Providing Support and Opportunities for the Frail aged, People with Disabilities and Young People to live independently within our local communities.
We are a HACC and Homefront Veteran Affairs Funded Service Provider.
Private Contract work is also available.
Services we offer are:
* Home Modifications and Maintenance Services for the Frail Aged and People with Disabilities to overcome barriers enabling them to live indepently within their homes
ie. Bathrooms Modifications, Access Ramps (Interior and Exterior), Handrails (Interior and Exterior), Grab rails, Chair raisers, Replacement shower heads with hand held options, Installation of Ceiling Tracking, Widening doorways, Access Paths, Kitchen Modification,Tiling repairs and replacement, Security Locks (doors and windows), Repairs to walls(plastering), Install Smoke Detectors, Lawn Mowing, Garden Maintenance, Rubbish removal, Cleaning gutters, Window washing, ect
* Youth Activities, Breakouts, Day Trips, Breaky clubs, Youth Housing, ect.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
We employ qualified Tradesman and Builders.
We are always seeking volunteers to support our service users providing home support and social opportunities.
