Van Zanten & Sons Master Built Homes provide a free comprehensive and innovative in house design facility. With our extensive list of homes built throughout our years of operation, we can present you with a design that shows elegance, style and would impress the most fastidious new home owner. We can see your vision and take it from first meeting, to design concept stage, town planning, working drawings and final construction completion.
With our vast experience of a diverse range of building products, we are able to embrace all energy and water efficient concepts and provide environmentally friendly construction methods, from period style to ultra modern homes. Our specialty being unique, unusual and high quality homes.
We are a proud local business, dedicated to creating a limited number of projects at any one time. Our aim is to ensure personal service, supervision and the completion of your home to your total satisfaction, on time and on budget.
Having held a full Builder’s Licence for over 20 years whilst building homes, means that costly mistakes through inexperience and under qualification would not be an issue. Which ultimately saves you - not only time, but more importantly, what could amount to large sums of money now and in the future - when defects through inexperience appear.

Van Zanten & Sons Master Built Homes is locally owned and operated by Paul Van Zanten who is licensed in New South Wales (No. 39090C) and Victoria (No. 51626) as well as being a member of both the Housing Industry Association and Master Builders Association. Being a multi award winning builder with Greensmart accreditation, you can be assured a wealth of experience and knowledge will be utilised while realising your dream. Paul has over twenty years experience in the building industry, extensively domestic construction. He was apprenticed to Trevor Bagley of Bagley Homes and achieved Top Apprentice Stages 1 and 3 in his Carpentry Trade Certificate Course. Paul holds the qualification of Building Foreman Clerk of Works and has achieved the Building Services Corporation Award for top B.F.C.W. on completion of the course.
