OWEN ROOF TRUSSES AND WALL FRAMES has been manufacturing since 1972 under the same ownership. We are one of Australia’s leading Gang-nail fabricators. Listed below are the reasons why our prefabricated products are better.
Prior to commencement of manufacture, all job details are confirmed and finalised on a 30 point check list
- A fleet of Eight crane trucks will ensure a delivery that is on time.
- All hip ends are fully trussed which results in fast installation.
- Computer operated saws to cut timber accurately.
- State of the art modern pressing equipment.
- Double mitre cuts to hip and jack trusses for faster on site installation.
- Wall frame studs trenched into plates for a strong frame.
- Minimum beam used above window openings is 190mm deep. This lessens the chance of the plaster cracking.
- Bracing is recessed into the studs to ensure straightness of wall plaster.
- Plywood bracing or panel bracing supplied where required for a strong wall frame.
