Butler Plumbing has developed a Preventative Maintence Service which is tailored to meet individual customer’s requirements. It involves a scheduled periodic preventative maintence inspection and follow up detailed report. This service is designed to prevent extensive damage caused by water leaks, avoid Health and Safety Issues and alleviate the inconvenience and lost time resulting from emergency plumbing problems.
It includes:
Roof and gutter clearing and minor repair work
Installation and service of water filters
Inspection of plumbing installations for water wastage
Hot water service and dishwasher inspection ( safety and water conservation)
A written fixed quote is provided in the event that any major repair works are identified.
