Cec. Hopper & Sons is a family owned Electrical Contracting Company based in Horsham, Victoria. The founder and former owner, Mr. Cec. Hopper established the business in 1962.Cec operated with a small staff, including his two sons David and Barry, until 1972 when a partnership was formed among the three of them. In 1987 the Company D&B Electrical P/L was formed, (trading as Cec Hopper & Sons) with David and Barry as owners and directors. Wimmera Power and CHS projects are also companies owned by David and Barry which diversify into the High Voltage industry and large scale electrical contracts. Today the company employs seven family members with a work force in excess of 60 people.
The company is continuing to service the electrical, IT and phone needs of the Wimmera area while also establishing a good reputation for carrying out larger and more complex works for new clients developing in our service area and beyond.
