Raywells offers a thorough job to ensure the client is happy with both the design and the construction methods.
If you have your own builder or would like a builder recommended we are more than happy to work along with whom ever you choose.
We take on work of all sizes and specialize in modern and contemporary architecture.
Any projects that have town planning or certification issues we are able to quickly resolve due to our experience in these fields.
Not only can we design we can also build your project, we have recently joined forces with a very experienced builder that has been building the specilised projects we undertake for the last 5 years. The company is MDC Develolpments and specialisices in modern design and construction. As a team we now can continue the building design through into the construction of the property. The designer will deal direct with the client and will ensure the entent of the design is maintained in the construction.
On request we can also offer 3 dimension presentation, no matter what the project size. This can assist in many ways, if you need to sell off the plan or if the client needs an idea of colours and concept.
We can also arrange the engineering, certification and other agencies to ensure a smooth and efficient plan approval process on request.
The director of Raywells has worked in engineering, architecture, certification and town planning with over 13 years experience working in these fields. With a great team behind him you are assured of quaility and service.
Our fee structure
Fees are based on 2 percent of the estimated cost of the building, depending on the size & complexity of the project. For project management we change an extra 3 percent of the estimated cost of the building.
For builders and developers we have a set fee structure based off a meter rate. If you are interested in our fee structure please contact us.
