John and Carol Matson founded the company in 1979 and is currently managed by Chris Graham. The company has changed a lot over the years from doing pre-construction termite work all the way through to spraying your 20 acre farm lot for Patterson’s Curse weeds and conducting a termite inspection to Australian standards for the sale of your house.
During the past 25 years many things have changed - we used to have chemicals that lasted the lifetime of a building to stop termite attack, but with changes to the law and also to protect the environment the chemicals are now only lasting a fraction of that time. Because of changes in the industry, Aaron Lee Pest Control devised the concept of the ALTIS (Aaron Lee Termite Irrigation System).
