Philosophy
F3 DESIGN ARCHITECTURE offers their clients a totally integrated solution. Our aim in all of the projects we undertake is to work together with the client to achieve the required result through the use of our design, technical and rational skills. We manage the overall project scope in the context of schedules, budgets, risk and contracts towards establishing agreed baselines for supplier/client requirements. The client is encouraged to have as much input into the process as they desire, and particularly in the initial development of the scope of the project. F3 design architecture specialises in larger residential, industrial, resort and commercial projects as well as individually-designed homes.
Through our association with SUNSTRUCT PROJECT MANAGEMENT, a registered building company, we can also offer a complete design and construction service for projects of any size.
