Selection
Our reputation depends on the selection of our cleaners. They are rigorously checked to establish their honesty and reliability. Their employment history, personality, background, activities, interests and other details are taken into account to substantiate their suitability. The rostering of personnel to the right job is essential. A level of trust and understanding is established between client and cleaner through time, however, matching the right cleaner to the needs of the client is an important consideration
Replacements
The benefits of using our service is not limited to just providing our clients with a domestic cleaner the first time. We also co-ordinate and organise replacements and fill-ins when the need arises. We appreciate it is most desirable to have the same Cleaner for each service, so we make every effort to only register Cleaners that are likely to provide long term service. If the need arises, an important part of our service is to quickly find our clients a suitable replacement with the minimum of inconvenience and at no extra cost.

Absolute Domestics was established in March 1993 as a Recruitment Agency to satisfy the growing demand for quality domestic cleaning and general housekeeping services.
Absolute Domestics operates in all capital cities and major regional areas throughout Australia and New Zealand recruiting domestic cleaners for family homes.
Arranging help with housework can be laborious. Interviewing and checking references is time consuming. Finding a replacement when your regular cleaner cannot come is often inconvenient and replacing a Cleaner who's standards have dropped can sometimes be embarrassing.
Absolute Domestics recruit, screen, select and appoint people to provide domestic services in family homes. Our Recruitment Officers and Coordinators are trained to screen and select cleaners for our clients and to coordinate their requirements.
