Formal Garden Service carries out property maintenance for residential and commercial clients throughout the Hills district.
Our services include:
Lawn mowing- specialising in cylinder mowing and high quality lawns, ranging from small townhouses to large acreage areas, turfing, fertilising, weeding, mulching, and garden renovations.
We also install and service automatic irrigation systems.
A maintenance program can be arranged to suit each clients individual needs. Whether it be a weekly, or fortnightly visit.
We also do 'Clean ups' for house sales and investment properties which will increase your sale price or rental return, as well giving your property the edge against your competition in terms of street appeal.
Renovations are also an option if you are just tired of your garden looking the same for all those years.
We can discuss which plants to keep, remove the rest, improve the soil by adding conditioners, add new plants, re-turf and finish with fresh mulch. It is also a good time to add an irrigation system to ensure the health of your plants during future droughts.
Renovations are a cheaper alternative to giving your garden a facelift, without the expense of construction such as retaining walls and paving.
About Us
Bryan Parnell started Formal Garden Service in 2000 and is a qualified horticulturist and irrigation technician. Bryan has been in the garden maintenance industry for 14 years.
We are exempt from Sydneys current Stage 3 water restrictions, though we encourage and can arrange installation of Rainwater tanks at very reasonable prices. We can also connect your existing irrigation system to your new tank!
