Our Basswood product has a unique "rack and pinion" control system which eliminates the necessity for a wand control. All shutters are proudly 100% Australian made and we offer a 3 year warranty. As all shutters are manufactured in Sydney, we offer a 2-3 week turn around time from check measure to installation*
