Builders Clean Ups
We are able to clean at a wide range of building sites as we comply with most. We have blue cards, full safety equipment and liability insurance. We clean a wide range of shops and buildings for builders and shopfitters. Our eye to detail makes us one of the best to do final cleans. We are a member of ASOFIA .
Stripping and Sealing
This process involves using a stripping solution which is applied to the floor and then scrubbed using a slow speed polisher to remove the old seal. The floor is then rinsed with clean water and then let to dry. A high speed burnisher is then used to remove any remaining water from the vinyl. The sealer is then applied to the surface. Each coat requires several hours to dry depending on temperature and humidity. A minimum of four coats of polish/seal is applied. After several days or a minimum of 24hrs after application the floor is then ready to be polished using a high speed burnisher.
Care and maintenance of vinyl floors in low traffic areas involves just a mop with a neutral based detergent so as not to react with the sealer/polish. With low traffic areas a light scrub with a low speed scrubber and a polish with a high speed burnisher. With high traffic areas such as shopping centres a scrub will be required every day and then shined up with a high speed burnisher eg. Shopping centres.
Contract Cleaning
Always Clean Australia offers a very high standard of cleaning for the day to day cleaning of offices or schools. We have highly trained staff which have been security checked so you can rest assured knowing that professionals are servicing your building. All our staff wear a high vis shirt with company name and have ID tags. We also specialise in tenders for major projects or government organisations.
When an experienced cleaner applies for a position with our Company we retrain them to use our methods. All our cleaning staffs is uniformed and has clear identification tags while cleaning on your premises
High level Cleaning
We are one of the few companies which offer high level cleaning. We use ladders, forklift with manned cages and even scissor lifts to get to those hard to reach places. We have a 9metre pole to reach cobwebs at high level without even leaving the ground.
Kitchens
We have vast experience in cleaning commercial kitchens. We can degrease the walls, floors or stove and ovens.
Flood Damage Clean Ups
We are experienced in working for major insurance companies for water damage restoration work. We use dehumidifiers in removing moisture from rooms and furniture. We have industrial blowers to dry up the furniture. On bad situations we can remove and replace the underlay with our own carpet layers. After completion of work we deodorise, use antimicrobials (to limit the growth of bacteria) and clean the carpets.

Carpets are cleaned to a high standard by our very professional and easy going staff. We are experienced at removing a great assortment of stains.
