Paul Bartlett - owner/Manager - full Builders Licence with no restrictions, with full insurance coverage and workers compensation cover for employees, etc. All employees have been trained in OH&S for constructions sites (green & blue cards).
I have been operating my own Building Contractors business for 22 years doing work on both domestic and commercial premises; building many new homes in Broken Hill; and we have over 12 years experience in the construction of shade structures and shade sails.

- sails are “twisted” to provide shade from afternoon and morning sun, where a fixed structure may not.
Our Services include:- Excavation of holes with our own articulated “Avant” mini-excavator which has minimum impact on pavers and lawn.
- Designer poles - (flat top, cap top, ball top, T top, banana poles, heritage poles).
- Plans and engineer’s specifications are submitted to Country Energy and Broken Hill City Council for your development application consent.
- Re-tentioning service is available if required as a maintenance program.
