My name is Bob Carey and I own and operate Lake Macquarie Air Conditioning and Electrical Pty Ltd
Lake Macquarie Air Conditioning and Electrical Pty Ltd is a small family owned and run business established 4 years ago by myself after having sold my previous large business on the Central Coast which was successfully run by our family for over 25 years
During this time I completed many varied projects over NSW winning awards for excellence in design and implementation
Having taken a “step back” or forward, depending on your point of view, I decided that I would only concentrate this new business on a “one on one” basis this enables me to bring to you, the customer, a unique experience.

I bring an expertise gained over the last 40 years in the industry to all of my work which enables me to see unique ways of installing various systems
Most people are unaware of the constant change in design of systems and applications that are available to them. I will design a system to suit your requirements after having spoken to you personally on site and explained to you the many options available in today’s market
I only use top quality materials in any installation and treat every installation as if it was for my own use.
Each customer is given an explanation of the installation and how it works at completion along with all manuals supplied by the manufacturer
I can supply most popular brands and all installations are covered by the full manufacturers warranty
Not being tied to a particular brand enables me to source and supply the most appropriate cost effective system for your needs
SERVICE
I can also service your existing air-conditioner. This is particularly important if the system is over 3 years old. (Most people are unaware that their a/c should be cleaned internally as dust accumulates in the airflow areas and reduces the systems efficiency significantly.) A complete written report is given to you at the completion of the service detailing what was found, action taken, and what is recommended to be carried out in the future to enable you to enjoy the full benefit and efficiency of your system.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Each and every installation is covered not only by the manufacturer’s warranty but I warrant the installation for the equivalent time and ask each customer to contact me first, should a problem arise, as I have found through experience that most minor problems are that, (incorrect settings or dirty filters being the most common) and can usually be resolved over the phone.
If you wish, you can make arrangements for your system to be serviced on a regular ongoing basis, the frequency of which, can be discussed to suit your individual needs.
