Jeff is a Port Macquarie local and has always built in this area, and Cathy is from Sydney, moving here in 1977. She has lived here since marrying Jeff in 1981. Jeff and Cathy formed as a partnership in 1988, joining the Hotondo Homes Franchise in 2003, giving them access to the Hotondo Homes plans, buying power and quality control systems.
Jeff and Cathy’s daughter, Tricia Pilgrim, completed her apprenticeship with them, and is now a part of the team. The wider team includes local subcontractors and suppliers, many of whom have worked with Jeff for over 30 years.
