On all new contracts there will be a full initial clean of all areas. (This standard will then be maintained by the ongoing programs)
All Operators have a detailed specification of their duties, along with any clients special requests and priorities. The on site operator will hold discussions with on site management regarding such matters as security lights, computer terminals, cables and electrical appliances.
Cleaners day books are recommended to keep the communication channels open. Our experience has found communication to be a major problem in our industry, for this reason we place great importance in this area.
All cleaners on site will be uniformed, ID badges worn, will have excellent communication skills and will present themselves to the standard your company will require and expect.
