A.S Manpower has been operating in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney since 2004. Beginning as a Cleaning business, there was rapid growth due to our quality services and skilled, enthusiastic employees. With an eye to future trends in the market-place, Mr. Dave Rosenberg, the owner, further developed the business to supply casual, experienced and skilled labourers for the construction industry. Additionally, the growing need for experienced, well-presented, casual cleaning staff that produce a cleaning service that will pass any 'White Glove' test means that our Cleaning Services team is much in demand.
All our personnel have the appropriate OH&S Induction Training, safety gear and insurance. They are dynamic, enthusiastic and well-trained people who always deliver a high quality service.
A.S Manpower has grown rapidly and now provides labourers and cleaners to wide range of clients from large construction companies, Strata and Commercial clients to the homeowner. We give personal attention to all our clients and will structure a custom package at a competitive rate for you. We can provide personnel on a daily or weekly basis and on longer terms.

Labour Hire
Our labour hire personnel are all fully insured, have "Green Cards" and safety gear. AS Manpower construction labourers have an excellent work reputation and are reliable, punctual and honest. Our competitive rates and staffing solutions means that we can provide our clients with the right people for the job.

A clean, sparkling office presents a professional image and a positive work environment. We can tailor a service that meets all your needs whether that be a daily or weekly service. Our experienced cleaning team members use modern and efficient techniques that provide a trouble-free service for our clients.
We can vacuum and "Scotch-Guard" carpets, clean and polish hard-floors, clean and polish all glass surfaces streak-free. We also hygienically clean staff amenities such as lunch-rooms, kitchens, washrooms and toilets.
* Strata Building Clean
AS Manpower is the Strata Property Manager's "One Stop Shop" for all your cleaning needs. We can customize a plan suitable for your building. As well as our services located under labour hire we can also provide the following Strata services.
