Our 'Of The Shelf Original' designs are an efficient and hassel free way for you to purchase a complete home design perfectly suited to the Australian environment. Each design follows energy efficient and environmentally sustainable principles and comes complete with a full set of specifications. True North Design Co can manage the construction, put you in touch with an HIA builder, or you may arrange your own.
Should you want any of our 'Of The Shelf Original' designs but wish to make small alterations then our 'Customised Originals' may be more suited to you. Working directly with True North designers almost any aspect can be altered to better suit you and your lifestyle. It may be as simple as changing materials, to adding a larger deck or lap pool. Once the design is perfect you then choose the builders.
Our 'Exclusive Design Package' is for those wanting to design a complete original incorporating the latest design trends and environmental specifications. True North designers follow a step by step design process that ensures you get exactly what you want.
True North Design Co can also design and manage the construction of 'Renovations'. Should you love the home you are in but just need more space, or wish to improve on a good thing, True North design principles will ensure any additions will be cost effective and enhance your existing home.
