About Us
Mediterranean Pools is a family business, established in Shepparton, Victoria over 30 years ago, by Alvaro Guseli and his sons Don, Guido and Peter. Guido moved with his family to the NSW South Coast 17 years ago, and started the NSW branch of Mediterranean Pools. Guido ’ s son, Riccardo Guseli has now done the same, building pools in the A.C.T. and surrounding region for the past eight years. (Interestingly Riccardo ’ s son, Valentino, looks set to be the fourth generation pool builder in the family - having taken a natural hold of a trowel at the age of 11 months!)

Sprayed concrete can be left as a sprayed finish, rendered sponge- wash finish, broom-finish, or screeded and trowelled ready for surface veneering.

Industry recognition - In the recent 2006 Swimming Pool and Spa Association awards (SPASA) we were awarded an unprecedented 6 Gold, 3 Siler and 1 Bronze awards for the A.C.T. region. In N.S.W. we were awarded 3 Gold and 1 Silver awards and subsequently went on to win 2 Silver and 1 Bronze in the National awards for 2006.
