liquidARCHITECTURE specialises in quality residential and interior design projects. Our experience ranges from new buildings to alterations + additions, interior fitouts, apartment building refurbishments, and heritage / adaptive work. Liquid Architecture provides architectural services and expertise from initial concept designs and feasibility studies through to DA documentation, construction documentation, conducting tenders and contract administration and site inspections during the construction period.
Since 2002, Liquid Architecture has been a highly valued member of Archicentre, the Architect’s advisory service of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects, having prepared and successfully converted numerous design and advice reports.
At Liquid Architecture our focus is on providing excellent service to our clients by creating contemporary residential architecture that has an inherent flexibility to suit the various demands and aspects of modern lifestyles. Excellence in planning and addressing the functional needs of specialised design briefs is one of our areas of expertise.
To commence the architectural design process we offer a fixed fee Design Feasibility Study whereby design options are prepared alongside Council information, projected time programs and initial cost estimates, allowing for an excellent overview of the opportunities available to any individual project. From this point our clients then have the confidence to continue with a developed design process leading to the lodgement of a DA.
