We have a Display Home in the Burke & Wills estate which can be veiwed by appointment.

Exclusive builders on our subdivision. Block sizes range from 600m2 to over 800m2 with lovely views to the mountains. All blocks are in close proximity to shops, school, preschool, hairdresser and butcher. We are 5 minutes from city centre.
House and Land Packages -
All our house and land packages have a fixed price contract. These packages allow you to choose your block & house design to suit your requirements. All house come fully complete and ready for occupation. There are no unexpected costs. We use excellent quality inclusions.
First Home Buyers -
For the first homebuyer, we have packages to suit varying budgets. We also have great finance packages available from Australia's leading banks to achieve the dream of home ownership.
Investors-
