Double glazed with 16mm gap or triple glazed with twice 12mm gap Paarhammer windows and doors have been WERS tested to a U-value as low as 0.9. European tilt & turn fittings guarantee different opening options for ventilation and cleaning is done from the inside (makes sense especially in upper storeys).
Made from plantation timbers (Scandinavian Fir/Redwood, Victorian Ash and others) these windows and doors are custom made to any size and shape.
We also have fire rated timbers like Red Ironbark available if your house is in a bush fire prone area.
Even for inner-city terraces protected by covenants - were street appearances cannot change - we found a solution: With Paarhammer you can ‘fake’ the appearance of double hung windows but get the most technologically advanced new windows for energy savings and sound protection.
