Of course, once the tiles are lifted, any remaining adhesive has to be removed as well, and the floor may need to be re-levelled, especially if it is a concrete base. Again, this is a job that requires specialised equipment.
Ensure that your tile removal professional is adequately qualified and licensed, and holds any necessary insurance. They should give you a quote for the removal work and ask if the quote includes the removal of the tile waste afterwards.
