Hamish from Brisbane was connected."I need a certified structural engineer to check over and sign off architectural plans done for a 4 bedroom residential house around brisbane.
the house design is reinforced concrete blocks on a concrete slab with strip footings. the roof is a cathedral roof with timber rafters. the rafters sit on timber top plates directly on top of the concrete block walls.
all window and door openings are within concrete block walls which would require steel and concrete block lintel solutions.
